Things people usually ask first.
How long does a deployment take? +
From signed contract to live system: 4–8 weeks for Tier 1, 6–12 weeks for Tier 2, 12+ weeks for Enterprise. Deployment Day itself is a single workday.
What software does it work with? +
Any platform with a REST API. We’ve deployed integrations with ServiceTitan, Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Epic, Airtable, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, custom internal systems, and dozens more.
What happens to my data? +
Your operational data stays on your network. The AI runs on a mini-PC at your location. The only thing that leaves your office are LLM API calls (via Anthropic or OpenAI), which carry only the immediate context needed to process a single request — not your databases, not your CRM, not your customer records.
Who owns the hardware? +
We do. The dedicated hardware is owned and maintained by PAC and leased to you as part of your monthly. This means we handle hardware failures, replacements, and upgrades — no surprise IT expenses for you. If the relationship ever ends, you receive a full data export and we reclaim the hardware.
What does the monthly retainer cover? +
Hardware lease + agent license + ongoing tuning + remote support + monthly optimization + quarterly business reviews. When something breaks, we remote in and fix it. On-site visits per your plan when needed. The retainer keeps your AI aligned with how your operation actually runs.
What if AI gets something wrong? +
It will sometimes. We test for failure modes before deployment, run an active monitoring window for the first 30 days, and tune ongoing. When something needs correcting, we remote into your hardware and fix it — no ticket queue. There’s a human at the other end of the phone who knows your system.
