Built by an operator. For operators.
We didn’t build this product in a lab. We built it inside a working business, solving a real problem that was costing real time every day.

From power plant to AI operator.
Before Glenn Murano ever built an AI agent, he was working long shifts at a power plant. Ten years. Steady work, honest work. But somewhere along the line, he started feeling pulled in a different direction.
That pull turned into a bakery — a side project that quickly became a full-blown operation. Like every small business owner, he had to figure out everything himself: the website, the social media, the marketing, the online ordering. There was no budget to outsource. So Glenn taught himself, late at night, sitting in front of YouTube tutorials at 2am after closing the bakery at 9pm. He’d build, break, fix, and rebuild — until it worked.
It worked enough that he started doing it for other businesses. The bakery became Southington Digital Solutions, a full-service digital marketing agency serving small businesses across Connecticut.
Years in, running the agency, Glenn hit the same wall every service business hits. Too many tools, too much administrative weight, too much follow-up that never got done. He decided to hire a virtual assistant to handle the load.
Before he hired anyone, he tried wiring up an AI agent to do the work instead. Just to see if it could.
It exceeded every expectation he had. Then it exceeded the next set. He never hired the VA.
When his agency clients started seeing what he was running — an AI agent connecting to every tool he used, handling the work that staff used to do — they started asking him to build them one.
Primus AI Consulting is the company that came out of that question. It’s not theoretical. It’s not academic. It’s the same system Glenn built for himself, refined through real client deployments, delivered by someone who’s been on the operator side of every problem he’s solving.
Operators, not consultants.
Most AI consulting firms come from venture capital, big tech, or academia. We come from the floor of a service business. That shapes everything.
We built it for ourselves first
The system we deploy to clients is the same system that runs our own operations. We dogfood every feature. If it doesn’t hold up in our business, it doesn’t ship to yours.
We show up in person
Every engagement starts with us on-site. We don’t do remote-only discovery. You can’t learn an operation through a Zoom call. We come to you, we walk your floor, we sit with your team.
Your data stays yours
Your AI runs on dedicated hardware at your location. Your operational data never leaves your network. If we walked away tomorrow, the system you bought still runs.
We charge for outcomes
You pay for the work and the platform license. No per-seat fees. No surprise charges for additional users. The price reflects scope — not headcount.
The owner uses it first
Every deployment begins with the owner experiencing the agent — alone — before staff sees it. That changes everything about how adoption goes.
We say no
If AI isn’t the right fix for your operation, we’ll tell you. If something shouldn’t be automated, we’ll tell you that too. Honest scoping protects everyone.
No jargon. No inflated promises.
Glenn’s approach across two businesses has been the same: keep things simple, honest, and built around real growth. No buzzwords. No magic. Just clear-eyed evaluation of what works — and the discipline to walk away from what doesn’t.
That’s why every PAC engagement starts with Discovery. We don’t assume AI is the right answer for every operation. We come look. We’re honest about what we see. If we can help, we’ll tell you how. If we can’t, we’ll tell you that too.
The work that follows is custom by definition. No two operations run the same. No two agents are built the same. The platform underneath is shared. The configuration on top of it is yours.

If we say yes, we own the outcome.
We’re a small team and that’s on purpose. Every engagement gets attention from a partner. Every build is signed off by Glenn. Every deployment is supervised by someone who understands the technology — not handed off to a junior implementer.
If we tell you we’re going to do something, we do it. If we hit a wall, we tell you, we work the problem, and we solve it. We don’t hide behind tickets or escalation paths. Someone picks up the phone.
That’s the standard.
